Sinus allergies
Difficulty breathing / shortness of breath
Difficulty breathing through the nose exclusively
Other respiratory condition
Allergic skin reactions / rashes
Sensitive skin
Claustrophobia
Panic attack
Heart condition
Vertigo
Light headedness
Black out / fainting spell
Difficulty standing for any length of time
Broken bones set with a cast (the plastter bandage is the same as for broken bones
it's good to know if you're familiar with the sensation of being encased in bandage)
Unremovable piercings

Some poses may involve the face being included.
These are "good to know" questions that can help me plan a pose,
but are not crucial in determining whether or not we do a cast.

Do you have any yoga or controlled breathing experience?
Are you a good swimmer?
Had sensory deprivation experience?

Although the alginate is a natural compound, and none of my models have ever experienced an allergic reaction to it, I must conduct a small allergin test to insure the model doesn't have a negative reaction.
It takes ten minutes and is done prior to setting up a casting session.
